Donetsk city, Ukraine, has started the construction of 16 new hotels

To accommodate the guests of the final round of European Football Championship in 2012 the city has began to build 16 new hotels.
According to Chief of the economy of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Victor Mashoshina, it is scheduled to spend 530 million UAH in total, of which 170 million are already spent. Private investors will also construct 10 additional hotels, of total worth 325 million UAH.
Totally, the Donetsk city has to provide 1420 rooms in five-star hotels, 1315 rooms in four-star hotels and 210 rooms - in three-star hotels for the accommodation of participants and honored guests of the Euro-2012 Football Championship.
